d: Quasar Gas Station :b

Lordy lordy almighty, drawing scifi artwork is a PAIN! But I've never done it before so...it was kinda fun! I want to experiment more with it.

Actually my first assignment from Fantasy Illustration. But the premise was we had to design an atypical gas station. So I considered my options and...decided on this.

Basic premise, the gas stations function like giant turbines/water wheels that gather the energy of a quasar - a quasi-stellar radio source that is a very energetic and distant galaxy with an active galactic nucleus. The most powerful source of energy in the universe.

The wheels on the top serve as the engines/thrusters. They spin around like crazy creating velocity. And the actual vehicles are based off of carriages - they're just upside down.

I had fun. Now I want to write a story that uses these things...

And another note. The reason why crocodile-alien guy is so mad is because one of his employees was squashed. If you look at the front of the vehicle to the right you'll see a name tag and yellow-green goop on the front. ^__^
